"Beats PT"Kristie Waters gave me a wonderful deep-tissue massage, which helped my shoulder more than physical therapy. I have driven two hours to go back. I wish I lived closer. She gave me tips on how to help my shoulder, too. She knew just the muscles to concentrate on.

"Not the Best Spa by Far"For a west Austin Spa this was not what I expected. I have been getting spa treatments for 20 years, and I will have to say that this was one of my worst experiences. I walked into the spa and for a second thought that i had walked into a tatoo parlor. It seemed very unprofessional.

"Excellent Stylist!!!"Brittney is an amazing stylist! She gave me the exact cut that I explained to her, that I wanted. It's been two days and I'm still in love w/ it! "So Sad..."Living in Austin my whole life I love Aveda products but the Aveda concept salons here are not too great and Bradz is the worst! He is the rudest man I have ever seen. He was actually reprimending a stylist in front of me. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I wouldn't give this man another penny out of MY pocket. He better wake up and see that those employees of his pay his bills...

"HORRIBLE RESULTS....FALSE ADVERTISING"They probably wrote all these reviews themselves. Here's what I experienced: I went here for botox, and on their webpage they advertise it to seem like a qualified doctor does the injections. Not the case...I LATER found out that it was an ESTHETICIAN who did the injections which is ILLEGAL, and the doctor was nowhere to be found. My results were horrible. "Worst Place in Austin"I would never recommend this place. I went to see Dr. Daniel Ladd who had bought the practice of Dr. Heather Fork who was an excellent doctor. He is inexperienced and has bad breath. The office is nasty. I was the first patient of the day and there were pubic hairs, lipstick, makeup and crudd all over the pillow on the patient table. This place is disgusting!
