Citysearch needs to have a deduction star rating system in this case. Called the owner Jason to book carpet clean, tile clean and clean two silk blend chairs. "Completely Disappointed by Kari M. at InsiderPages "I scheduled both air ducts and carpet cleaning. Air duct cleaning is a complete WASTE. In hind sight I should have done my research... my lack of research cost me nearly $900 to have my 2500 sq ft home (only 5 rooms carpeted) cleaned. They showed up over an hour late after I made two phone calls to find out when they would be here. No consideration on their part about my time or needs....
