James explained EVERYTHING he needed to do to get my car back on the road, and they did it for a reasonable price with great service! My air is blowing cold and my brakes are new.

"bad store management and upsale"A good experience in 2011 now awful. 2 hour waste of time on a simple procedure. In the 2 hours I was these not one person paid for work. Everyone left dissatisfied.not to mention the phone calls you could hear them having from the waiting room. Seems to be a theme.
The crush washer on my sealed tranny had developed a leak from the service last year. (I suspect they used the original crush...
