"Great Florist in Austin TX"Beautiful spring flowers, delivered as promised in the morning.
"Will never use them again!"The service I received was completely unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered to me were wilted and some of the stems were broken. When I called to see if they would correct the issue they blamed the issue on me. When I asked to speak to the owner he refused to take my call after 5 attempts. You might think twice before using this organization as there are definitely less expensive...

The employees are never happy to be there, never smile, and it's hard in the morning to find a checklane open near the doors. For it being a large store, there's never anyone around to help me find things and they even seem reluctant to help-save but one...
