"poorly managed location & rude staff"I've banked with Bank of America for over 15 years. As far as service goes, it's usually just OK. They've found a way to charge a service fee for the most mundane of things. However, they do have the most ATMs and are located just about everywhere (even many international locations).
I do also hold an account at University Federal Credit Union. UFCU can't compete as far as size, but their...
