"I am very disappointed in this dentist office. My first visit"I am very disappointed in this dentist office. My first visit - new customer- I was treated as though I was not important. The staff sitting behind the desk ignored me and allowed me to sit there for 45 minutes until some other staff member noticed I had been sitting there for quite a while. I ended up leaving and did not accept this treatment. I certainly hope I was not treated this way...

I was offered choices and payment plans. My friend had just had the same thing done and it cost her much more. I highly recommend this dentist and hygienist.

"awful"awful: Went in to replace my crown, it took forever to get the crown when it was finally in it was completely different than the original and the quality was terrible. Dr. Castor was so uncaring, it took more than 3 months to finally get a crown that was close to the original. I will never go back nor will I recommend him.

"Not helpful"Be aware you have to be a patient here to use any of their services- such as teeth whitening. I already have a dentist, and why they can't transfer records I don't know. They were pretty much like "oh, you already have a dentist, sorry we can't help you." You know if I'm looking to spend $300-700 bucks on teeth whitening you'd think they could be more helpful.
