"Assembly line production"Uughh -- if you want to feel like you're in an assembly line, try this practice. I purchased contacts and when I opened one of the packets, there was no contact. I called the practice for a contact, and was provided an expired contact. Needless to say, I took my eye care needs elsewhere.
