"Not helpful"Be aware you have to be a patient here to use any of their services- such as teeth whitening. I already have a dentist, and why they can't transfer records I don't know. They were pretty much like "oh, you already have a dentist, sorry we can't help you." You know if I'm looking to spend $300-700 bucks on teeth whitening you'd think they could be more helpful.

"Front Staff was very rude and not welcoming"Upon making an appointment the front desk (D) was very rude and short, like she just wanted to get me off the phone. On my appointment day I had to cancel and reschedule, again, the front desk lady was very rude as if rescheduling was such a hassle. First impressions are big on me so not only was this my first time seeing this dentist office but it was my last.

"Worthless"Not only are they always running behind schedule, but their staff is rude and incompetent. So when I called to reschedule an appointment, they stated they were going to charge me $50 to RESCHEDULE (not cancel) because I called within 24 hours. I fully understand that policies are in place to protect themselves but when an office is always running behind schedule I shouldnt be the one punished...

"Seniors Beware!!"Omni Dental does procedures which you specifically dont authorize and bills you for them. When you complain they say you agreed to pay any and all charges when you signed up. Beware it could cost you $1000's. Don be foolish and let them use you.
