"Pricey without justification"I told the attendant it was my first visit and they didn't warn me about their prices. When I picked up my 12-15 items which were a few laundered shirts and perhaps 5 pants and 5 shirts for dry clean, the tab was $68. They did not even tell me about their discount system until I asked and said I would have to wait for coupons in the mail! The quality of cleaning was acceptable, but stuffing...

"Best in Town"They do a great job. If something is wrong - they will fix it ASAP. If they made a mistake and it takes more than a few days they generally don't charge you. I've had a couple experiences like that and they came through in the end. If get the before 11am and you need your things back by 2pm they can do it. They've never let me down. They have a great manager there who works hard to make...

"Horrible"I went there only one time and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. All I had were two shirts and it took them 4 days to clean them. Then when I went to pick them up, they charged me $12!!! I should have known, there were no price listings anywhere. What a rip off, I will never go there again. I know someone who only gets charged $50 for 12 dress shirts and 6 pairs of pants.

"Moving from one Reids Cleaners to another"I can't tell the difference. We recently moved and now I'm using a different Reids Cleaners and the service is exactly the same. They have a manger who will do flips to make sure everything is done well. Every employee is always smiling and seem to be in good spirits which is a good reflection on the manager. If a mistake is made and it takes more than a few days they generally don't charge...

"A bad deal"I brought two men's tunics and two women's dresses into Reid's Cleaners & Laundry. I should have asked a price up-front but I didn't. When I returned to pick up the clothing I was charged a whopping $40.00!!! I argued with the employees long enough that they knocked off about $10.00 but $30.21 for two men's shirts and two dresses is still an astronomical price! I could not believe that these...

"Too Pricey"I dropped off two shirts that were both silk. I told them that I had never paid that much; the customer service assistant didn't seem surprised. Also, I noticed that both shirts are slightly ruined. I would not recommend this place to a friend or enemy!

"Great Cleaners"Finding a cleaners that you trust is very hard. Reid's has given me and my family nothing but the best service. Anytime something was cleaned wrong they always took it back at no charge to fix it. All of my cleaning has been ready on time.
