NTB gave up -- Firestone on 71 West -- no problem!

After a totally frustrating morning at National Tire and Battery -- where I bought two of the tires on my 96 Ford F250 pickup -- I went to see Ed at Firestone on HW71 near the "Y" in Oak Hill. Should have just waited 'til Monday to begin with

Went in and told them I thought I just needed a tune-up, they said they'd have to charge me $90 for a diagnostics check. 3 hours later they told me it was like a puzzle and they had to start by replacing this and keep going until it worked. Good pricing on tires by Nick C. at InsiderPages

Called them for a pricing estimate on a set of new tires. To win my business they were willing to price match and price in town and on the web. On top of that they gave me free tire rotations for life to make up for the taxes I would have to pay if I ordered from the internet. Though the actual service was pretty slow to mount the tires.

Not great service by Sam N. at InsiderPages

I took my car for regular oil change, they made we wait for 30 min and did not do any courtesy check on the car which was included in the service. All the fluids in the car was alomost empty and i had to fill it myself. I wont recommend to anybody.
