"Got me cooling"I called Aba Appliance on a Saturday evening, they responded so quickly I was truely shocked consider it was out first 95 degree day of May. They repair man fixed my ac and had me cooling in less than an hour, and they didn't even charge me an afterhours fee. Thanks Aba, your great!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Fox has been my service company for years"We've used Fox for years. Thier technicians are always courteous and they never leave a mess. They are not the cheapest in town but always provide great service for the price. I also use them at my business.
"Call a local guy instead"Fox told us that we needed to replace our A/C four years ago, but I decided to get a second opinion so I called an A/C guy that is independant (Mr.Cool). He told us our unit was perfectly fine and that he could easily fix it. He did, and we are happy four years later. I wouldn't trust Fox. They are too expensive and try to get more money out of you. The local guys are much better.

"Good service"responsible employees. they were a little flexible in price to get my business and tried to locate a used, obsolete part. we called them a year later to replace the entire system with a new one. They were in and out in less tahn one day.

"Great customer service and friendly staff"I recently purchased a new unit from this company and have had no troubles. They where prompt and very helping in explaining how everything works. I highly recommend this company to anyone. The office staff was very nice and helpful in setting things up!
"No Service after the sale"I did not believe that any company could have customer service this bad. When they arrived, I had 2 of my 3 AC units working fine and one not working very good at all, but it was working. When they got done, I had one system running properly and one cooling to 81 degrees (cooling and 81 degrees in the same sentence !!). The tech said they needed parts and someone would contact me on Monday...

Furthermore, there are big communication gaps between the supervisors and the crew, mandating that the customer has to act as supervisor during this company's work to have results.

"Highly Disappointed"I had Hanks put in a brand new system. They charged $4400.00 and later I learned I could have gotten it done for $3100.00 They installed an under sized condenser and furnace. They put in a two ton unit.\ for the upstairs. The downstairs had a 2 1/2 ton. Thats 4 1/2 tons total. My house is 2460 sq.. ft and I later learned the entire house needed 5.2 tons.
