"Bad Service"Well, it took about 8 phone calls and submissions via the contact form before they would even come out and give me an estimate. 3 weeks later and I still don't even have an estimate. I've got renters moving in next week and my trees still aren't trimmed.

"horrible customer service"The employees and supervisors in the field are beligerent, condescending, and rude. People may be satisfied with their tree work, but they have such horrible treatment of their clients, why bother? There are a ton of other great tree services in Austin that know what customer service is and treat you in a polite way.

"Super/Economical Tree Care"Had HUGE oak tree in the backyard with lots of ballmoss. Got several estimates including TMBM's.
The work was done beautifully! Service was super and we entertained the whole neighborhood as they use rock climbing equipment (repelling harnesses, etc.) to work on the tree. Fun and professional at the same time. Three cheers to TMBM! Thanks, guys.

"Worst service ever---don't waste your time"This company is very bad at following up on anything. It takes them forever to answer your phone calls, they don't have their acts together when you finally do get in contact with them, and they're rude.
I would recommend going with any other lawn service, even if you have to pay a little more.
