"Avoid"We have hired them to replace two panes that were fogged, replaces some locks and balancers. It took over a month for them to do what it's a relatively minor job. After they gave us a price quote and we hired them, things started to get delayed: locks need to be ordered ... balancers need to be ordered ... there is only one supplier in tow ... we finally got the balancers and we'll finish...

Here we are in JULY and this window has STILL not been fixed. Shiela, the incompetent receptionist has strung us along for two months.
