"Joe was great!"We called Jack's Plumbing with a real emergency and Joe showed up so quickly and had our problem solved before we knew it! I could not have asked for better customer service or prices... I was shocked when I got our bill that everything was so reasonable! "Will Pope Plumbing stand behind their work???"Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty.
