"Not reliable"More than once I had to drive myself to the airport because they didn't show up. Today they didn't show up twice! They caused me to miss one flight so I scheduled a later flight and later taxi and they didn't show up again! "Highly recommend austin cab co. "I first called Yellowcab - couldn't get them on the line. Then I called Austin Cab Co. They picked up right away. Dispatcher was very nice, courteous and called me when driver arrived at my complex. Driver was very courteous. Reasonable rates. I highly recommend Austin Cab company.

"Want a ride? CALL SOMEONE ELSE."If you want someone to drive you somewhere, don't call Austin Cab Company. After agreeing to pick us up in 20 minutes, they did not show up for 45, and then when we called them, they repeatedly hung up on us. Seriously, do yourself a favor and CALL SOMEONE ELSE. These guys should be out of business.
