"DISADVANTAGE"These guys handled my belongings horribly, tried to take advantage of me and rip me off. They thought they could get away with it because I'm a girl. They were totally overcharging me and when I questioned them, 2 of them were extrmely rude. Very disappointing.

That u-haul has to be the best in austin now just because the fact they have a great worker there named kelvin. I always see 3 other workers there but they never do crap. He grabs propane, trucks and he still finds time to run the front. Best worker alive.

The furniture pads were reserved and paid, but were not available. It took many hours and alot of phone calls to get them. The custommer service was polite and understanding but again the truck was not checked before renting and what was promised was not delivered...

"Lockaway Storage Austin"I have now rented 2 units from these people. I searched all over town and most places I went did not have the size units I needed. The prices are great, they are really friendly and they have security cameras all over the place. I would highly recommend this place.
