My fault for not getting more quotes at the time.. I was out of town .. wife called that the septic alarm was going off.. called Jim Ward came out next day, a saturday, air compressor out... 350.00$ part, cleaned some leaves out of pump and charged $950.000. talked to others should have been $500.00 to $600.000 max..seems to me i was taken advantage of, was told that the part needed to be changed immediatly could not wait till monday.... what a crook... hope everybody in wimberly takes notice and not do buisiness withhim i sure won't.... again....
