this very unprofessional so called company robbed me and my wife. there was a date change on a concert we bought tickets through them to and they didn't inform us until the day before the new date. so we were unable to make the new date and we didn't get a refund or any type of exchange. in fact they were VERY rude to us when we asked. please save yourself and look elsewhere or you will be taken for $416.23 like we were
